By purchasing a plan from RankEverywhere.io ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. We provide manual submission of your product to curated startup, SaaS and AI directories, communities and tool databases. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your product and for having the rights to submit it.
We do not guarantee acceptance by any third-party directory — approvals are at the sole discretion of each directory operator. We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or any other search engine or AI assistant.
You may not resell our service, submit content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes third-party rights, or use our service to manipulate reviews. We may refuse service at our discretion and refund any unused portion.
We collect only the information needed to deliver the service: your name, email, product URL, and the descriptive content you provide for submissions. We store checkout and billing data through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the directories and platforms you have engaged us to submit to, and with service providers strictly needed to run the business (payments, email delivery, analytics).
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the LinkedIn link in the footer.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if we have not yet started work on your submissions. Once submissions have begun, refunds are prorated based on the number of directories not yet submitted.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We guarantee manual submission to every directory listed in your plan. If we cannot complete a submission — because a directory is closed, paywalled beyond your plan, or no longer accepting listings — we will replace it with a directory of equivalent quality, or credit the value back to your account.
This guarantee covers the work we perform. It does not guarantee approval by any directory or any specific ranking outcome on search engines or AI assistants.
